Refund Policy – Shabo LLC

At Shabo LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality design, development, and branding services. Your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.


1. Digital Services & Custom Work

All services provided by Shabo LLC—including logo design, web development, app development, UI/UX design, and animations—are considered custom and digital in nature.

Due to the personalized and non-tangible nature of these services, full refunds are generally not available once work has commenced or design files have been delivered.


2. Eligible Refunds

A partial refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • The service was not delivered within the agreed timeline without prior communication.

  • There is a demonstrable error or technical issue directly caused by Shabo LLC that prevents the service from functioning as agreed.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The client changes their mind after project delivery.

  • Work has been delivered and accepted.

  • The client fails to provide required content or feedback in a timely manner.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at info@shabollc.com within 7 days of the issue.

  2. Provide details including:

    • Invoice number or project reference

    • Description of the issue

    • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, files, etc.)

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision rests with Shabo LLC.


4. Payment & Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
